From Friday 18th to Tuesday 22th October 2019 the HOST, International Biennial of Professional Hospitality, was protagonist in Milan. The exibithion is 41 years old and it’s confirmed to be a milestone for Equipment, Coffee e Food; and leader in the areas Ho.Re.Ca., foodservice, retail, GDO e hotelerie.
Mepra works with the best Michelin-starred restaurants, for example Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée of Paris, Bjorn Frantzen of Stockholm and Enoteca Pinchiorri of Florence. The company welcomed the costumers arrived from Japan to its stand, showing the new lines. This year, amongst the various articles, Mepra introduced a vintage collection in line with the current trends that bring us back to the past, the fashion collection and the silver 925 (30 micron) collection with ice and vintage finishing.
The three areas present in the exhibition were:
- furniture, tecnology, table
- Coffee, tea, bar, coffee machine, vending, icecream, pastry
- Professional catering, bakery, pizza, pasta
In the HostMilano 2019 of great importance were the over 500 events organized between workshop, competition championships, show-cookings, tastings and performances. Finally, the exibithion had particolar attention for sustainable technologies
